Thank you for liking “Flowers at the Farmer Market, 2010.” I thought this was a fantastic post too! 🙂 I like your combination of beautiful colorful photos and fun facts about Belgium. “An Illusion” is my favorite photo, and I really enjoyed learning about Belgium’s noteworthy castle count. I am also self-conscious that our measurement system here is different from the one used by the rest of the world. I have been talking about summer temperatures here in Sacramento to bloggers who live in Europe, and I have had to use one of those online Fahrenheit to Celsius converters to make it easier for them to know just how hot it gets here. 🙂

  21. Beautiful pics & very informative. I hope you were only joking when you asked what a kilometre was. It is the standard unit of measurement used in India, not many here would understand what a mile is 🙂 🙂 🙂

    • Haha. Yes, of course, I was kidding. It was a joke for my fellow Americans – since we use a different measuring system than most of the world. Funny, we even spell it different – “kilometer” not “kilometre.” We like to be different here. lol. Thanks for the kind words, and for the comment. I really enjoy all my new connections in India.
