“Ritual” (Los Angeles, CA)
A few weeks ago, my family and I took a walk to a nearby park. As we approached the park, we could hear the deep sound of drums filling the air. When we finally arrived, we saw an amazing sight… an Aztec Pow-Wow. The Aztecs were a powerful empire located in central Mexico. The Aztec Empire peaked from the 14th to 16th centuries. Descendants of the Aztecs currently reside throughout Mexico, Central America and the Southwest United States.
It’s extremely cool to see people embracing their ancient rituals. Have a great weekend!
